Above average for its 50 years age, This is an uber rare chance to own a genuine AC/DC Relic. 45 years ago in the infancy of AC/DC, the very first Australian pressing of their first album contained a songwriting credit mistake which was later corrected and replaced, frozen in1975, gone forever and just getting rarer. It is a highly collectable and will only get rarer as time passes. The High Voltage album is a very first pressing on the iconic Albert label featuring a Blue label with a Blue roo graphic and the incorrect songwriting credit for Baby Please Don't Go on both the back sleeve and the centre label. This error is only found on the very first pressings. The credit incorrectly went to Broonzy instead of Joe Williams This is an original pressing featuring Bon Scotts unique vocals, It also featured Easybeats members Vanda and Young.
It was recorded between late night pub gigs, it was the birth of the AC/DC legend. This album is a true AC/DC collectable from every angle, The album is not 100% given it is a GENUINE 45 year old record. But is probably above average for its age.
There are may later High Voltage albums around, BUT there was only one 1975 and only one first release. It is a blue label blue chip collectable.
