Rare first pressing on the COXSONE label! These pressings are much sought after NOT for its audio excellence, but rather for its historical relevance. Nice copy with few hairlines, plays through nicely but has skips and jumps at one "pitt point", about 2-3 rotations of the record (last picture) Has a lot of dimples / pits and only that one affected the music (and that's on my record player, may be different on another record player). I took good pictures of the worst "pitts". I think the record was pressed with these pits but im not sure. Does play with hissing and crackle as all of these do. Typical Jamaican pressing with pitted vinyl.

Record has a lot of shine and looks good, some light scratches. There is a light constant background noise, more audible in between tracks. The music is very much on top of surface noise. A lot of the surface noise is probably the pressing.

There are no deep scratches. Sleeve: Silkscreens all looks a bit scrubby due to the lithography. As you can see on the front cover part of the back cover screen rubbed off on it in the corner.

There are some brown stains from the original glue. There is light ring wear. Cover has silk screening paint dot on Marley's neck area.

I stake my reputation on it! I will take more pictures and add them later.
